See The Forest of Possibility in Scarborough
Our current exhibition, The Forest of Possibility is now open at Woodend in Scarborough.
We’ve had some lovely comments already, including this from a local journalist:
“The highlight of the exhibition for me was Claire Brewster’s paper cuts of birds and insects, delicately sliced from old maps. The level of skill and technique is quite extraordinary. The irony of the bird figures, fixed in immobility yet illustrated from paper representative of a journey, is original and moving.”
The exhibition is open until 30th April and Woodend is open Monday- Friday 9-5 and Saturdays 10- 4.
Woodend also have a programme of stimulating lunchtime talks and on Tuesday 31st March Davy and Kristin McGuire will be travelling from Bristol to Scarborough to talk about their work. More details here!
